How can I pay for my purchases in complete security?

- As soon as you select the method you wish to use to pay for your purchases, you are redirected to the site’s secure environment which meets the strictest security standards (PCI DSS).
- When you pay, you give your card number, the expiry date, and the number shown on the back of your card.
- You will then be invited to use the 3D Secure authentication module. All you have to do is enter a code that you will have received on your mobile in order to authenticate your purchase and thus validate it.
- These confidential details are automatically transmitted for verification in encrypted mode (SSL protocol) in order to avoid abuse and fraud.

Transactions on Jonak.fr are secured by the Ogone payment system (www.ogone.com). All details exchanged for processing the payment are encrypted using the SSL protocol. This data cannot be detected, intercepted, or used by third parties. Neither is it held on our computer systems.

Combating fraud: 3D Secure

One of the solutions for combating fraud consists in strengthened authenticating of the card-holder, particularly for the riskiest transactions, as performed by 3D-Secure, the most widespread mechanism today in France and abroad.
3D-Secure is a system that makes it possible to authenticate the holder of a payment card in a reinforced manner when a purchase is being made over the Internet. The purchaser must enter a single-use authentication code, most usually received by a text message to their mobile phone, in order to validate the payment for their purchases. Once the code is entered on the site, the purchase will be confirmed.
