How can I get my goods delivered?

We deliver to the address of your choice (home, work, holiday home), in France and worldwide.
Your order is processed as soon as it is validated, Monday–Friday.
Consequently, please note that no changes can be made to the delivery address once your order has been placed.
The average time to receive your parcel in France is 4–5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
When you order over the Internet, you are often in a hurry to receive the product, which is why we do everything possible to make sure you always receive your products as quickly as possible.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you automatically receive an e-mail to tell you and giving you the parcel tracking number. You can then track your parcel at any time on the websites of our delivery partner

To track your delivery:
On your shipment tracking e-mail sent by Jonak or directly from your account on the site

2. Click “Track order” when the status “Despatched” is displayed
