Returns in collect points excluding shoe care products (for France delivery)
1. Go to the "My Account" customer area
2. Click on the order concerned
3. Click on the "Get a return number" button
4. Fill out your order number and the reason of your return on a sheet of paper
-Make sure to wrap the package properly (consult the official recommendations)

Returns cost €1.95 per label, which will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Returns are free in JONAK shops (excluding corners). By making the return to your nearest shop, you are helping to reduce the CO2 emissions produced by transportation.
Please note that if your return is the result of an error on our part, such as a logistical problem, you will not be asked to pay the return shipping costs. Other conditions of return (delivery out of France)

Upon receipt of the parcel, our Quality Department will assess the condition of the returned goods. No returns will be accepted, and hence no refunds made, if the product returned has been worn, is dirty, damaged, and/or if the product has been rendered unsaleable. Thus any returned article must include all its original labels (barcode, composition) and be returned in its original packaging, perfectly intact.
If your return is rejected, you will be notified by e-mail. If your return is accepted, you will be automatically refunded to the bank account corresponding to the credit/debit card used to pay for the order, within 30 days of your return being received by our logistics centre.
Refunds are made by bank credit transfer.
The return costs are at your own expense. We only refund the price of the articles billed.
Take care to keep hold of the proof of posting the Post Office will give you for your parcel.
It will not be possible to make any refund without this proof of posting.
Attention: It is essential to include your delivery note so that the warehouse can process your return speedily and in such a way as to validate your refund. Without it, we won’t be able to identify the order you had placed and hence to refund you.
