How can I get my goods delivered?
We deliver to the address of your choice (home, workplace, holiday address), in France and anywhere in the world.
Your order is processed as soon as it has been validated, from Monday to Friday.
Please note that your delivery address cannot be changed once your order has been placed.
The average time taken to receive your order in mainland France is 4 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
When you order on the Internet, you are often in a hurry to receive the product, which is why we do everything we can to ensure that you always receive your products as quickly as possible.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse or JONAK shop, you will automatically receive an e-mail informing you of this and giving you the tracking number for your parcel. You can then track your parcel at any time on the carriers' websites.
Courier orders will be processed the same day, upon validation of orders by the shops within 3h00. All orders accepted by shops after 4pm will be delivered the next day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
As for the carriers, we offer several depending on your delivery location. You choose the carrier in the purchase tunnel. You can then choose home delivery, a relay point or an express service.
