To kick off 2025 in the best way, Jonak has partnered with the Parisian bakery Tranché for a delicious and original collaboration.
Together, we’ve created a Galette des Rois inspired by the famous Brookie, featuring a frangipane twisted with 62% cocoa and large chunks of pecan nuts.
All wrapped in artisanal puff pastry that’s ultra-crunchy and melt-in-your-mouth... a true treat for the taste buds!

And to add a bit of magic to this indulgent moment, a fève in the shape of a shopping bag has been hidden in a few of the galettes.
Created by a Parisian ceramist, each fève is a small artisan piece.
Those lucky enough to find it will win the pair of Jonak shoes of their choice!

The galettes will be available in limited edition starting Monday, January 6, at the three Tranché stores in Paris.
