This measurement is from the inside of the heel to reflect the height felt from the arch of the foot and the rest of your body. Please note that there may be differences up to 2.5 cm for each individual shoe style between a size 37 and size 41.

Moreover, there may be a difference of 2 to 3 cm between the measurement calculated on the inside of the heel, and the calculation on the outside of the same shoe size, since on the outside, the height of the sole is taken into account.
